One of downtown Westport’s largest retail and office buildings, Westport 180 has enjoyed a premium location and exclusive parking access. In December 2014, construction was completed on a major exterior and interior redevelopment, transforming Westport 180 into a contemporary mixed-use property that drove occupancy rates from 56% to 90%.
