Luzern applies a very rigorous process in sourcing, executing and monetizing the value for each investment.
Sourced through extensive local market relationships which provide both in-market and off-market opportunities, a business plan is prepared for each project detailing the unique asset strategy for the investment. This comprehensive plan includes architectural, construction, financial, and operational aspects of the project.
We then employ disciplined financial underwriting models utilizing in-house expertise and test and verify projections through extensive market analysis. Concurrently, assumptions are integrated utilizing local third party experts, lenders, brokers, environmental and construction service providers.
Finally, each potential investment is reviewed and discussed in detail with our Advisory Board before proceeding with the investment.
