Nicholas joined Luzern Associates, LLC in April of 2023 as a Principal and Chief Investment Officer and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations, new acquisitions, financing, capital raising and asset management.
Prior to Luzern, Nicholas was a Senior Vice President with Corebridge Real Estate Investors (f/k/a AIG Global Real Estate) where he led asset management for all equity investments in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region. The portfolio encompassed 5.3 million SF of industrial, office and retail space and 2,642 of rental units. Prior to Corebridge, Nicholas held various roles on the investing and consulting side of the real estate industry at Lexin Capital, Ernst & Young and Abbey Road Advisors.
He graduated from Middlebury College in 2007 with a joint Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science. Nicholas is a life member of New Canaan EMS and was elected to and serves as President of the board for The Greenwich Lodge.
